Our FAQ section is here to make things easy and transparent for you. Whether you're wondering how scheduling works or what to expect during a visit, you'll find clear answers to the most common questions our clients have. We want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way. If you don’t see your question listed, feel free to reach out—our goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel completely at ease.

How do I make a payment for a service? Payments can be made prior to the service commencing by bank transfer or payID. Payments must be paid within a minimum of 1 hour of the service commencing. Some cash payments may be accepted.

How do I cancel or reschedule a service? You can cancel simply by sending Pawdash a message informing them that you wish to cancel and what service you are cancelling. Keep in mind, there may be fees and charges when cancelling. Be sure to read our policies page to find out more. To reschedule simply send us a message and we will work out a suitable day and time to reschedule that works for everyone!

How do I book a service? There's a few ways you can book a service. You can book through the website by sending an enquiry request, call, email or message us directly on Facebook or Instagram.

Does my sitter require a key to get into my home? It is preferable that a key is supplied either in a lockbox or given in person for entry to your home. If this is not an option, contact Pawdash so we can work something out that is suitable for you!

What type of pets do you care for? We love all animals, great and small and have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, rodents, chickens and sheep.

I only need my pet checked on during the day. Can I book that? You can book a pop in or holiday visit and choose the duration however there may be limited times where we can get to your home so flexibility is ideal.

What areas do you service? We service Forest Lake and surrounding suburbs within a 15klm radius such as Camira, Doolandella, Inala, Goodna, Springfield Lakes, Richlands, Oxley and more. If you are unsure whether we service in your area send us a message and we will get back to you with an answer!

Do you offer service for senior and special needs pets? Yes, we service all ages and needs. If they require medication please inform us prior to making your booking.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple or regular bookings? Yes, we offer 10% off your booking when you make an overnight stay service booking for more then 5 nights. This doesn’t include the extra pet fee. When booking a dog walk service we offer a discount off every walk when you become a part of the “consistent canine” pack. This is when you book 1 or more regular walks every week for more than 4 weeks. To find prices, please see our services section.
